Strategic UAM-BUES Collaboration Advances INSEAI Project in Bucharest

On May 5Bucharest University of Economic Studies (BUES) hosted a strategic working visit between its Business Economics Data Science Lab (BEDSL) and INSEAI project coordinators from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM): Professors Santos Benito Ruesgas and Julimar da Silva Bichara. They met with the local team to drive key advances in comparative labor informality studies across Europe and Latin America.

This partnership strengthens institutional ties while accelerating Work Packages 2 and 3, focused on empirical databases and informality surveys. The meticulously structured agenda integrated rigorous reports, strategic planning, and interdisciplinary dialogues, led by Prof. Adriana AnaMaria Davidescu, INSEAI Local Leader and BEDSL Director.
