PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE!! I INSEAI Workshop in Rio de Janeiro

The first workshop of the INSEAI Network will take place on November 20-21, 2025, bringing together researchers and practitioners from multiple disciplines to explore the theoretical foundations of economic informality. The event will be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person session hosted in Universidade Federal Fluminense, Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

This workshop, titled "Theoretical Context on Informal Activity: Conceptual Frameworks, Informality and Sustainable Growth Models", invites contributions that examine informality from macroeconomic, microeconomic, and interdisciplinary perspectives. Themes include informal growth models, sustainability, and the complexity of informal behaviours in economic systems. Call for papers

The workshop is free for INSEAI members and is organized in collaboration with SASE-RISE VI.
