Ph.D., D. Sc., (Eng.), is an associate professor in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences, a long-time research and teaching staff member at Lublin University of Technology, currently serving as the head of the Department of Enterprise Organization at the Faculty of Management of this university. She completed short-term scientific internships in Hungary and Belgium, and in 2015 she was a scholarship holder at the University of Castilla La-Mancha (Spain), a visiting professor at the universities of Spain, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. She was the head of two research projects funded by the Polish ministry of science. Her area of scientific research initially focused on production organization but currently pertains to modern methods and techniques in management, project management, IT outsourcing and logistics. She is the author of a monograph on IT large Polish enterprises and a co-author of five other monographs. Her scientific output includes over 80 scientific publications. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences, also serving as a member of scientific councils. She collaborates with many research centres in the country, especially abroad.
