Full Professor. at the “Constantin Brancusi” University of Targu-Jiu, Faculty of Economics, Department of Management and Business Administration, with Ph.D. in Economics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. Her research area is sustainable development, green economy, labour market and informal economy. She is director of the Center for Fundamental and Applied Economic Studies (CSEFA). She has been a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management, University of Szczecin, Poland and a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Campus Ferrol, University of A Coruna, Spain. Her research activity consists of publication of numerous economic papers and participation in international conferences and research projects. She is Guest Editor of Special Volumes of Journal of Cleaner Production, Progress in Industrial Ecology, An International Journal, Sustainability Journal, Energies Journal and Editorial board' member of journals indexed in international databases.
