He holds a Ph.D. in Public Management and Governance (UCV), is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics (UNMSM), and a Ph.D. candidate in Education (UNMSM). He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics (UNMSM) and a Master’s in Public Management and Governance (UCV). He has completed Master’s studies in Finance at Universidad del Pacífico and in Business Administration at IPAE. Founder and CEO of Recuay & Associates Law Firm. Former director of the School of International Economics at UNMSM. He has over 13 years of experience in the public sector and more than 30 years in the private sector. Skilled in research, monitoring and evaluation of socio-economic studies, and the use of software for economics, finance, and related fields.
